23.01.2022 I am always humbled to be able to work with veterans such as Mr Raymond Bartholomew and his son Fred with Hall & Prior Aged Care to share their stories of bravery and courage. Mr Bartholomew is a 96 year-old WWII veteran and POW who lives at Hall & Prior’s Rockingham Aged Care Home. We filmed and shared the story of his time spent as a A-gunner for the elite British Navy. 21.01.2022 SOCIAL MEDIA TIP Have you tried IGTV? Its become a lot easier now that you can post your native videos that are longer than 60 seconds straight onto the platform with a 60 second teaser trailer in your normal feed. When Instagram first launched IGTV you could only post portrait, which over time caused some chat from creators as it didnt suit their style of content and how they wanted their content to be viewed. Instagram acted on this and in the past few weeks have la...unched the option to post vertical AND landscape! This is a great example of a brand listening to their audience and viewers feedback..then acting on it.

15.01.2022 Photoshoot day for our client @juicestation_au! We love getting out and about to take some shots for future content, especially when it involves delicious juice..and using Amelia as a prop! Our tip is spend a few hours once every few months to get lots of photos and then youre set for the weeks ahead! This will take the stress away and also give you direction of what you want to do on the socials. A little bit of planning doesnt hurt!

So I was a little excited when Twitter announced we can now add photos, videos or GIFS to retweets! What does this mean for you ... You can put those funny GIFs to work when replying Add a touch of your personality Share relevant information in a different way (typing..ugh) Be fun and creative! For the moment its only available on Android, iOS and Twitters mobile website so if you use a desktop itll be a little different. How do you feel about using GIFs - Love it? Or hate it?

08.01.2022 INFLUENCER ENGAGEMENT | We liaised with 75 influencers to launch Telethon Kids Institute Embrace program, Australias first comprehensive research centre focused on mental health from aged 0 - 25 year olds. Embrace brings together researchers, clinicians, service providers and the community in a collaborative effort to find new strategies and tools to address alarming rates of mental health issues in children and young people.... Our job was to develop partnerships with influencers, such as @camcranley, to share an experience from their childhood where they may have felt vulnerable, to raise awareness about mental health and highlight what young people are going through today. We loved being apart of #supportembrace and help start a conversation about such a relevant issue in todays society.

04.01.2022 City of Perth Skyworks 2019 | Live Streaming to Facebook I was very proud to manage and coordinate the FIRST EVER lifestream of the City of Perth Skyworks to Facebook in 2019. Not without its technical difficulties, it was a huge step for the City and the Skyworks event, bringing together a collective worldwide audience of more than 206,000 viewers who tuned in to watch our city celebrate Australia Day last year . It was an enormous privilege to work with our streaming gen...ius Chris Dredge (Pacific Live Media Pty Ltd), our pilot Matt Corbett (Helicopter Logistics) and Australias best aerial videographer Ben Tessler (Helivision Australia). I wish the Citys digital, marketing and events team all the very best for this years event and cant wait to see what amazing live streaming can be achieved with the return of the Air Show. It was a pleasure to work with the dream team at the City and I wish Ben, Christine, Lucy, Montana, Sam and Scott a successful 2020 Skyworks!
