21.01.2022 The lord of contagion surveyed the landscape. A corrupted world conquered by he and his fellow death guard. Having killed many spaces marines in their various forms which included Guillimans prized primaris marines. Thos model was sitting around for awhile and thought I'd paint him and so happens he is the first of 2021. 15.01.2022 He knew his vital role on the battlefield was to keep the Black Templars armoured divisions alive and functioning. Having to maintain the repulsors and other grav tanks as well a the redemptor dreadnoughts and the other variants of dreads being employed in this conflict often a ceaseless task. The techmarine knew success hinged on the armoured divisions breaching the enemy battle lines..... This was a really nice model to work on. I also used some bits from @liberdaemonicabi...tz namely the shoulder pads #killthebacklog Stay safe during this holiday period everyone

12.01.2022 The brother apothecary standing over his fellow brother initiate within the Black Templars was saddened to be holding his brothers heart in his hand. Remembering the time spent in training together to end in this manner. No pity! No Remorse! No Fear! Rest well brother A recently finished primaris apothecary for the Dark Hardt Crusade, with a magnetized pistol option and servo arm option. Yes I know apothecaries are typically white but I thought black armour would fit better w...ith the army theme. Also this guy seemed really tricky to paint due to all the little details on him. But the model is great when its built you really see all the details on him. Want to try another apothecary at some stage with an alternate coloured armour. #killthebacklog to my fellow hobbyists around the world and stay safe.

05.01.2022 2020 year in review for Dark Oath Studios To start the year off I finally finished up my hobby desk I built from scratch. Then from May onwards came a flurry of models i finally painted and got finished up, they included:... *2 terrain pieces temple of skulls and a kickstarter fog machine building *Impulsor *2 Emperors champions (cause 1 is simply not enough) *Redemptor Dreadnought (technically not 100% finished but for the moment he is) *Smash Captain (late to the party) *5 Hellblasters *10 Wound counters *Phobos Captain *3 Outrider Bikers *3 Eradicators *A Gaming table *Judiciar *Chaplain *Ancient (Blade Guard) *10 Infiltrators (Shadowspear thank goodness there done lol) *15 Intercessors (10 Assault 5 Auto Rifles) *3 Eliminators *3 Inceptors *Apothecary *Techmarine *3 Blade Guard Veterans (no pics yet) So a productive year. Probably the most models I've ever painted and finished off. But was motivated by the community and my local network whom I had a great time painting on zoom with. Already have a list of things to do for 2021 hopefully I get through it by mid year and move onto other hobby projects. As always there are things I'm creating for the hobby behind the scenes more on those as they get closer to being finished. Stay safe and #killthebacklog
