24.01.2022 We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy holiday period. Thank you for your support throughout 2020. Our office will be closed from 2pm today re-opening Monday 11th January 9am - 3pm(Monday - Friday).



22.01.2022 Our resident artist Yvonne completed the dragon today, how awesome is it. The dragon has numbers, colours, foot prints and shapes. Great fun for the students and a fantastic teaching tool. Thanks Yvonne.

17.01.2022 One of our after school classes today is Spanish. How lucky are the students to learn in such an amazing classroom with Spanish everywhere!

11.01.2022 Japanese after hours class are celebrating the Star Festival. Hanging wishing cards and shells on the bamboo tree. This is a traditional custom.



10.01.2022 How fantastic are the rose Mantou made this morning by the Mandarin Background Middle class. One of the classes goals for this term was to write an instructional text in Mandarin on how to cook Mantou including ingredients, how to make different colours from natural food, how to process coloured dough, make the rose Mantou and then how to steam it.

08.01.2022 German Junior have been growing seeds for our new veggie garden. In yesterdays class they planted the first seedlings. Now to watch them grow...

08.01.2022 Our after school Mandarin class this week learnt all about tea culture. Here at DLC learning language includes learning about the country's culture as well.



07.01.2022 The Indonesian Junior Continuer class have been learning how to paly the Angklung, a traditional Indonesian musical instrument. The Angklung is made from a varying number of bamboo tubes attached to a bamboo frame. Leaning to play the instrument promotes teamwork, mutual respect and social harmony.
