We are currently working off a waiting list for ALL lash and brow appointments. There are no guaranteed timelines as it depends on cancellations and other wait list client availabilities. I am limiting full lash sets to ONE set per week - unless other cancellations occur. We are in the process of obtaining extra lash and brow techs and look forward to introducing them to you over the next couple months TO BE ADDED TO OUR WAITLIST: (regardless of whether you have already contacted us prior) Please send the page a message with your - name, number, services wanted, & days/times that suit you. 14.01.2022 RUDE CLIENTS To be completely honest, it's really sad that it is necessary to even write this status. But particularly relevant leading up to Xmas season. .. Rude, impolite, or discourteous behaviour will not be accepted by any client. Yes, even if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. All the staff within our salon are beautifully mannered and polite people who go above and beyond for every single one of our clients. ... We don't like rescheduling clients - we can assure you it's very unpleasant and stressful for us to make that call to reschedule your appointment and we wouldn't be doing it if we hadn't exhausted every other option beforehand. We get sick, our children get sick, family emergencies pop up, cars break down, the list goes on. Just because we are your hairdresser or beauty therapist and you had a special event coming up, does not give you the right to speak to us rudely when we have been apologetic and offered every other option possible. If this sounds like you - then I can assure you that we are not the salon for you and we will be happy to help you reschedule to another salon in town. I will not ask my staff to come to work and be spoken to, or treated, poorly. The same rules apply when it comes to our pricing. Check with the salon prior to your appointment if you have a budget, and check if our prices are affordable for you.
