I love this concept, it's all about the lines and what better prop then an architects tools of the trade. It all fits in so well with this years brief and is very different. 14.01.2022 Such a clever submission from Hanging Pretty and BakedCakesandCupcakery. The ladies wanted to create contrast and that they did. I am in love with the colour palette they picked and the backdrop. Plus all those triangles, I can only imagine the hours that went into the hundreds of triangles. Well done ladies xx

13.01.2022 This is quiet literally the cutest cake I have ever seen! Janet from The Cupcake Lady is just incredible at turning a cake into a work of art. Based on the book "where's spot", Janet has executed what I have never seen before.....an interactive cake!!!! Seriously! This cake has a door that opens, a table cloth that lifts and more. Please do yourself a favour and take a look at this cake, not only will it evoke memories of your childhood but it will leave you with an appre...ciation of Janet's edible art. xx

ASMT is a series of collaborative e-vents that come together to showcase the beauty and diversity of Australia through the creative eyes of some of the most talented sweet artisans within Australia. Above all else ASMT was established to create awareness and raise funds for Cancer Research in conjunction with Australia's Biggest Morning Tea. This year we a doing things a... bit differently and want as much of Australia's talent to shine on the 22nd May 2014. If you are ready for a challenge we would love for you to register your interest to be a part of ASMT 2014. We are looking for styled dessert tables and different from 2013 we are looking for styled cakes, cookies and cupcakes... 08.01.2022 Whilst I am busily making kraft tags for a ladies breakfast on Saturday morning I remembered that I forgot to share my adventures during the week. I felt so blessed to be able to find a special home for this amazing guitar cake made and donated by the ever so talented Janet from The Cupcake Lady. I traveled with this 1 metre high masterpiece from Flinders Park to Fairview Park to Salisbury High School! Let's just say I was driving very slow and wished I had a sign on my ba...ck window saying "cake onboard - I am driving slow and avoiding potholes!". As you can see it made it's way safely to Salisbury High School and will be enjoyed by students as they celebrate their school musical tomorrow. Janet, you really are a rockstar!!!

Aleksandra Magdalena Photography captured the day so beautifully. {darling details} had the pleasure to look after the event design, styling and management of this beautiful 1st birthday party. I was also lucky to work with some wonderful Adelaide vendors such as Sweet Disposition Cakes, Toni's Sweets & Treats, Karen's Cookie Jar and Adelaide Flower House. Every detail complimented Ham&Pea design&paperie's gorgeous birthday invitation. Such a special day!
