11.01.2022 Att Competitors Few Housekeeping Items before everyone arrives in a HOT Dalby later this week. GENERAL Gates will not open until 8am Wednesday.... All Competitors must have pre registered on the TRYBOOKING site Passes will need to be provided each time you enter and exit grounds. Wristbands to be worn while on the grounds at all times. Anyone not complying with our COVID requirements will be asked to leave. CAMPDRAFT Campdraft office will open at 7am Thursday morning. All competitors will need to report to the campdraft office to complete paperwork, hand in Horse Health Decs and receive Competitors Wristbands ( yep another one ) Draws will be done Tuesday night, no changes after draws are done. ORDER OF EVENTS Thursday 12pm Novice 1st Round followed by Novice 2nd Round Friday 5:30am Incentives 1st Round Aged / Future / Gelding followed by 2nd Round 11:30am Challenge - Undercover Arena 1:00pm Open 1st Round 5:45pm Finalists Entry 6:00pm Finals Novice / Rising Star Shootout / Open Saturday 3:30pm Presentations on horse back - Undercover Arena THE WELFARE OF OUR CATTLE ARE A PRIORITY AND WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE RESPECT ANY DECISIONS THE COMMITTEE MAY NEED TO MAKE IN ALTERING THE PROGRAMME TO FACTOR IN THE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
