22.01.2022 This week we’re celebrating NAIDOC WEEK and acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we gather to share stories on, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation and acknowledge sovereignty was never ceded. We will continue to listen to, learn from, and work with our First Nations artists and community to centre First Nations storytelling and representation on the Darlo stage. During our Bloom Festival, Aunty Millie's voice can be heard before each show welcoming our audience to Gadigal country. Support her niece Jarin Baijent in her business Jarin Street that creates activewear and yoga mats with designs by Aboriginal artists.
