25.01.2022 FESTIVAL OF VOICES UNPLUGGED (EAST COAST). Love the festival of voices? Well we have had a cancellation over last weekend in June at Darlington. Buckland gardens is hosting a fabulous evening of music on the Friday night followed by a meal at Orford Gateway cafe/restaurant with a well known local guest chef. AND then at Spring Bay Mill in Triabunna nearby there is another feast of music planned later over the weekend. Why not check out festival of voices East Coast and come o...n down. Plenty more events further up the coast too. Cosy up with the wood burning fire. Watch the weather roll in over the beautiful mercury passage whilst you are toasty and cosy and enjoy a bracing walk along beautiful Spring Beach. We ordinarily charge $380 per night minimum for the whole house ... so the specials for winter as currently advertised are a one off for sure ....maybe never to be repeated honestly .... Strike whilst the iron is hot.... With a woodturner and heaps of glass, this is more than a summer house! Wonderful winter moon rises over the water also ...:_)

18.01.2022 Spring Beach Orford is such a fantastic little spot - just across from Maria Island and the gateway to the East Coast and ONLY an hour from Hobart if that! . Many Tassie's don't even know about this gorgeous white sandy beach ....Unusually though booked over New Year and part of January already we are free for the Xmas week thus far.... It's a 7 night minimum over Xmas and a flat fee for that week. Share the cost with friends and family ... 18.01.2022 HOORAH, WE ARE NOW TAKING BOOKINGS AGAIN ... We still have availability for a few days during the July school holidays: Sunday 12th - Wednesday 15th (departing on Wednesday 15th). Due to Covid, and being responsible owners, we are having a minimum of 24 hours between bookings so we can conduct a thorough clean. We also have availability from 20th - 29th July - including hoorah the weekend of 24th! We also still have availability over the weekends of 7th and 28th of August, 2...020.
