16.01.2022 Thank you to The Shire of Mundaring for their recent grant allowing us to purchase toys, games and craft activities. We purchased these to enjoy with our elderly friends from Wahroonga Social Centre in Mundaring. They were a huge hit in our inter-generational playgroup session today.

15.01.2022 We are thrilled to be the first recipient of the Shire of Mundaring’s new COVID-19 Recover Together grant. The funds will help contribute towards our extra cleaning and sanitisation costs, and we’ve been able to add two new scooters to our toy shed! Thank you, Shire of Mundaring!

14.01.2022 The Darlington Family Playgroup Committee has followed the recommendation of Playgroup WA and ceased all face to face playgroup sessions. In the current climate we believe this to be the most responsible thing we as an organisation can do to help minimize the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of our members as well as the wider community. It is a sad day for Darlington Family Playgroup and the first time sessions have ceased since 1971 when the playgroup was establis...hed. This is not a decision we have made lightly as we know what an incredible community service this is and how important playgroup is to so many in people in our community. We would encourage you to stay in touch with us and all your playgroup friends via social media. We are still here! Social isolation need only be physical isolation. Let's keep in touch and keep those digital lines of communication open. We hope that all of our members and the wider community remains healthy and safe during this very difficult and trying time. We hope to see you all back at playgroup very soon! In the meantime stay safe, strong and positive. See more
