22.01.2022 To give you an idea of what the market is like & how hectic and frantic it is at present ... 1) We put 14 Rumbalara Avenue ($699k) on the net last Thursday morning and had an open home that night with 14 groups coming through it ... multiple offers and under contract the next day at $11k over the list price. Currently receiving numerous enquiries on it. 2) 25 Ainsley Avenue ($1.1m) went live on Thursday ... cancelled the open home on Saturday due to the miserable wet weather... but still had six groups come through ... sold it the next day at full price, with a very disappointed buyer that was there on Saturday contacting me yesterday wanting to put in an offer. Currently receiving numerous enquiries on it. It's a fantastic time to sell and get a good price folks ... and if you're looking to buy something at present, my strong advice would be to act sooner rather than later, as I only feel that this is just the beginning of panic and hectic buyer demand with many buyers missing out, and prices only going upwards from here.
