24.01.2022 Walls where painted with two coats of Spirit Grey acrylic low sheen Ceiling was painted with two coats of Builders White acrylic flat matte. Woodwork was painted with two coats of Builders White acrylic gloss.... The brand of paint I used was Solver/Wattyl paints.

23.01.2022 Clients where in the process of moving in at this stage. I prepared and repainted walls and woodwork in one spare bedroom, master room, hallway and living room in this unit. I also wallpapered the wall with the telephone. Preparation was minimal as unit was recently renovated and ceilings where left unpainted as where in good condition. Please refer to after pictures for further details.

23.01.2022 Walls painted with two full coats of acrylic low sheen Chicago Sky. Skirts and architraves painted with two full coats of oil based high enamel gloss Cargo White. All doors painted with two full coats of oil based satin gloss Builders White. Wallpaper is an washable acrylic coated paper. Brand is Anderson Prints.

22.01.2022 This is a low - set house that I painted in 2018 before Christmas. I prepared and painted two interior bedrooms the ceilings, walls and woodwork and prepared and painted all the exterior guttering, windows, walls and soffits. You may notice that there is some staining on some of the ceilings in the bedrooms I simply washed these areas down with sugar soap to eliminate any mould. This was due to a lack ventilation and light getting through the windows as there originally was ...some plants growing on the exterior. The exterior was completely washed down with a multi-surface fungicidal cleaner bymyself and all the surfaces where filled, sanded and gapped ready for painting. Also timber windows where sealed, primed and undercoated with two coats of paint to help gloss paint to adhere and protect them from the elements prior to finish coats. Some render repairs where also carried out on the exterior so I primed, sealed and undercoated those particular areas and some of the posts where water damaged on the bottoms. So I cleaned out the loose timber and filled these areas with builders bog and sanded them down to a smooth finish. Edit new pictures added year 2020 I was called back to begin preparing the varnished timber. I filled and gapped any holes and proceeded to sand all the varnished timber. I then washed down the timber to remove any mildew and dirt that was left over.

22.01.2022 Top of water tank was starting to rust. I sanded down the top and primed the whole surface with two coats of Killrust etch primer. I then applied three coats of acrylic gloss Colourbond Shale Grey.

21.01.2022 Kitchen ceiling was water damaged in one corner of the room. I scrapped back the loss paint, filled the edges and seal, primed and undercoated the patch. I lightly sanded the rest of the celling and patched any defects I saw. I then applied two coats of acrylic flat matte Builders white to the ceiling.

18.01.2022 This was quite a large project that I took on by myself and it included preparing and painting the interior and exterior. It did take me a number of weeks to complete as the work was quite extensive. The interior included the kitchen, landing, dining and living room all surfaces except for the floor and they were quite large areas to complete. The whole exterior included all the varnished timber apart from front door, weatherboards, render, carport ceiling, guttering and facias. Please refer to after pictures to see final results.

18.01.2022 This was a unit that had two floors. I prepared and painted all the ceilings, walls, trims and doors. There was a couple of holes and gaps that needed filling and also some reno work had taken place in the unit so I had to seal, prime and undercoat some of the new surfaces prior to painting.

13.01.2022 This was a unit that I prepared and painted to get ready for new tenants. I only did the walls and ceilings as I did not have the required time to do the woodwork. There was not many holes and gaps and the unit only required minimum preparation.

13.01.2022 Ceilings where painted with two coats of Builders White acrylic flat matte. Walls and bathroom ceilings where painted with two coats of Builders White low sheen. As mentioned previously woodwork was untouched.
