15.01.2022 amazing wine line up for 12 course degustation for @le_bon_vivant_ gotta love the bass phillip magnum and the penfolds 414 sauternes style was totally amazing....standout in fantastic line up.

09.01.2022 Had a sake tasting last week with @blackmarketsake....... amazing artisanal sake which had a fantastic flavour and texture, we chose one to match with the pearl meat with yuzu which is the first course on the degustation..... and now looking to extend the list to four sakes.

07.01.2022 this little piggy was all crispy on the outside and moist and delish on the inside..... didn't last long though!!
