25.01.2022 Designing a 2.4 meter stainless steel sculpture as the icing on the cake for Richmond Place. I got my inspiration frog some fab cheese knives I have! Time will tell wether we can get this show stopper into budget! Fingers crossed!

25.01.2022 At the young age in grade 3 I won my first art award selected from grade 3 to year 12, I repeated it the following year. It’s in my veins. 30 homes and public venues house my work and I have had two exhibitions in my part time hobby. It’s now time to make more of this passion.

Brilliant venue, my amazing assistants @tgc_artykids (Helen) and @asha.robertson . Thankyou to my team, Daz and Yolanda, @craig_goddard and our amazing students, 20 buzzing, excited wreathmakers. 22.01.2022 After years of enjoying entertaining I finally took the jump and submitted my entry for Masterchef 2021. The process was extremely involved and thought provoking. Last Tuesday I received the call I could only hope for. Tomorrow at 3pm I have my 1st Audition with Masterchef for 2021 via Zoom with the assistance from @peterfosterstudio . 16.01.2022 Well today was totally extraordinary, stage two of Masterchef 2021 Auditions. A zoom chat at 3pm but I was to prepare a meal to chat about. I was told just a short chat, 10-20minutes. We finished the recorded zoom 1hour and 20 minutes later. It was amazing. The big wait now to mid September to find out if I move to the next round of live cooks. Thanks to @peterfosterphoto for setting up my zoom in the way it made it more like a professional production. Thank you to everyone for all the well wishes and kindness. @ Dazza's House

06.01.2022 Dinner by Daz: from the plate up... #mint #pea &blue vein purée topped with roasted parsnip, buttered spinach , baby carrots, layered with a Parmesan cashew and turmeric crisp. Topped with a blush pink 5cm thick eye fillet wrapped in pancetta. A second crisp on top followed by two spears of roasted parsnip.
