16.01.2022 Did You See This??? As an agent but more importantly as a Brisbane resident, I found this recent update from the Lord Mayor's Office to be extremely interesting. If you can't read it, it explains (in basic terms) that our State Government target for new home approvals over the next 30years is 223,000 & suggests that the current rate of construction will need to increase by approximately 50%. Really?!? Well, so much for the BS about oversupply... It's like 'we're' trying to compete with Sydney & Melbourne instead of simply being Brisbane!!! Thoughts / comments go!
