18.01.2022 What is Bowen Therapy? Bowen Therapy is a relatively gentle bodywork technique that can be applied directly on the skin or through loose clothing. It uses a series of transverse muscle-fibre moves applied at specific points on the body interspersed with some designated rest periods. A typical treatment lasts between 40 60 minutes. Bowen Therapy is suitable or all ages, from infants to the elderly. How many treatments do I need? Every person will respond differently to Bowen Therapy.
