Such a wonderful team and inspiring group of women leading the way for the future! Snippet of my speech ... ‘Back yourself and have courage... if you only remember one thing from today it would be this back yourself and have courage... Equal to me means opportunity- it doesn’t matter what your gender, your age or what you look like, having the opportunity to have a go, the opportunity to learn something new and have the opportunity to back yourself is what equal means to me.
