24.01.2022 Hello everyone. A tropical low is near Darwin and Tiwi Islands. It may develop into a cyclone but should be all good. Lets hope we get some more rain then snap into the Dry! Dragonflies are abundant and the winds are shifting! Another fantastic Darwin Wet Season with no major drama (so far ) hopefully with that traditional snap into the Dry we all love! 23.01.2022 Well, Hello there everybody. It has been a very long time between posts. Darwin has been going through a transition period since the Inpex Gas Plant construction phase was completed and now fully operational. 2019 has been a challenging year for many in Darwin however the lifestyle in Darwin brings out the resilience and drive to make Darwin A better place to be. This past dry season brought our regular Darwin Cup brigade in and always a great time for us all to see everyone... again and have our traditional Cup Morning Breakfast. The Aboriginal Arts Fair 2019 was a huge success together with The Darwin Festival (not to be missed). The Deck Chair Cinema will continue soon with Flix In The Wet 19 Jan - 22 March. Travel to the NT in the coming Green months to see some of the most amazing Greenery and Wildlife. A haven for bird species and lush plant life. Don't forget the last place an Earth the great Salt Water Crocodile is protected by law! 5 and 6 meter examples of these prehistoric creatures can be found deep in the Wetlands. This Feb we are completely renovating the kitchens in the rear block of apartments and some more great surprises in store for the coming year!
