This year, food wi...ll be available again, and session entry will be at the flat price of $15 for 2 hours of skating fun. The session will run from 7pm-9pm, with songs, games and snowball fights as usual. No costume is required, you are welcome to rock up in whatever you like- costume or no costume! 20.01.2022 THE YEAR THAT WAS... Another HUGE thank you to all our customers near and far for supporting us this year and for supporting our mission - bettering the lives o...f dogs and cats. We rented the best designed and fitting harnesses to 116 growing puppies. We sold the most humane, comfortable & well-fitting harnesses we could source to 908 dogs in Darwin and all over Australia. We also got many many people using longer leads increasing the welfare of many dogs. We hosted 4 Titre Testing Days, providing a safer and healthier alternative to 'over'-vaccination for many dogs. We hosted several educational workshops ran by the most knowledgeable and talented local minds in the business. We stayed open and operating throughout this crazy year and every single Saturday this year we were joined by the cutest puppies for Pawfect Puppy Classes. Thank you to our commercial clients Helga's Pet Resort, 1CER Explosive Detection Dogs and George Brown Botanical Gardens. Your support for supporting local is much appreciated. Our online orders increased exponentially this year and we saw many orders for dog & cat de-stress & calming products from Melbourne during their lockdown You and we supported many animals in need both here and in Bali by donating products or fundraising. We shared the loss of many beautiful souls and the joy of many new puppies and adoptions (our favourite) One of our own doggies got very sick early in the year and was diagnosed with Insulinoma. Everyday is both a huge challenge and a blessing. We have the most high-maintenance special needs princess ever but very lucky to have the best team to support us in her holistic care - Jodie from Vet 2 Pet Mobile Veterinary Care, Marta Calvo Blanco - Holistic Animal Naturopath and Natural Medicine for Pets. You are all incredible and we don't know what we'd do without you. Eternal thanks to our colleagues who share our values and mission of kindness, understanding and empathy for the beautiful souls we have the pleasure of working for - Pawsitive K9 Behaviour, Natural Medicine for Pets and Ree's Photo Obsessions. We have most recently seen the closure of our Yarrawonga basics store which is where it all started 7 years ago. And the birth of our new home/workplace delivery service or click & collect to service our Palmerston and Rural customers. We desexed 6 feral cats living near our Yarrawonga site in an effort to reduce the feral cat problem. We grew our inventory as we do every year and have too many new products to share. Thank you to our team - the best team. We have achieved so much in the last 18 months and you have kept us semi-sane for the first time in a long time! The health and safety of Darwin Airport visitors remains our top priority but we're gradually reopening our airport shops, trying to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Opening hours are: Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm, but this may be extended depending on demand.
