19.01.2022 Another auction sold under the hammer this morning in Coconut Grove Last 5 I’ve auctioned have all sold under Currently experiencing the best conditions for healthy competitive auctions we’ve seen in over 5 years in Darwin with buyer demand for houses far exceeding available supply on the market... There is potentially more supply waiting in the wings with sellers we know are willing to go to market when prices continue to improve so it’s going to be fascinating to see how it all plays out

14.01.2022 End of June quarter residential results from core logic released today 0.4% growth in dwelling values for Darwin for the quarter. It’s the first time Darwin has seen two consecutive quarters of positive growth in dwelling values in over half a decade! It’s been a rough ride for Darwin home owners since the peak of 2014. ... 2020 thus far & despite the massive COVID hurdle has proven to be the most positive we’ve seen in real estate here for a very long time. Will be interesting to see how the year plays out.

Major stock shortage relative to demand. Going to be fascinating to see how much growth we see the in quarters 3 & 4 of 2020 Will definitely be a fair bit more than the mild gains we saw in quarters 1 & 2
