16.01.2022 Please contact us if you or someone you know may be interested to share in this opportunity be part of an exchange of knowledge around Dance as a therapeutic modality amongst local Indigenous communities. All of my co-facilitators are incredibly wise and are some of my greatest teachers. We hope this project will be a place participants can share collective experience, and that we can develop a community of people locally with a shared understanding around this topic. We hope that the process will support all participants, including local indigenous team members to further their own vision and ideas for projects involving dance as a healing modality within the local community.

07.01.2022 Hello friends. I have decided to join the technological bandwagon. Welcome to my still slightly clunky facebook page, where you can find out about upcoming events. For those who don't know me I am a qualified Dance Movement Therapist, with over 20 years experience in diverse forms of therapeutic and improvised movement and body work. I currently focus on working with people of all ages and from diverse cultures towards healing and recovery from Trauma. As well as Dance Movement Therapy I have trained extensively in Body Mind Centering, Narrative therapy and Improvised dance. With two young children getting older some space is opening to do more of this work. Stay tuned here, and lookout for my webpage (under construction). Hope to dance with you soon.
