To make the dough: 3/4 cups almond flour... 1 1/2 cups mozzarella 2 TBSP cream cheese 1 egg Herbs n spices to taste Toppings of your choice (I had salami, bacon, mushrooms, spinach, prosciutto and onion) Method: Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese 30secs, stir and repeat Add almond flour and egg Knead with WET hands Roll out with a wet rolling pin Prick with a fork Bake at 220 for 8 mins Add toppings and bake until cheese is golden Carbs....... only what’s in the BBQ sauce
19.01.2022 Just did my body composition scan since not taking ketones for the last few months. As you can see I have dropped 1kg in muscle mass and increased my body fat % by 4%. Safe to say I will be taking my exogenous ketones again to preserve that muscle mass and remove the fat I have gained!
