20.01.2022 I am still trying to work this computer stuff out. I had a heart felt message for the masses typed in but when I tried to put the pictures with it, it went to God. Basically I just wanted to encourage everyone to get out and live life, not just exist with our bums glued to a chair, watching other people living!

18.01.2022 Hi Daryl Just a note to let you know how much I am benefitting from your classes. I guess it has been about six months since my Osteopath, Adam referred me to you. I had recurring back problems and Adam advised that unless I did some work to strengthen my core muscles & support my back there was little more he could do to help. When he suggested exercise classes I had the usual misgivings - "I won't have time " " costs too much" etc and fully expected to go just once.... How wrong I was ! The first class was enjoyable & your obvious knowledge & enthusiasm made it nothing like I was expecting- I was not pumping iron or in "Boot Camp" and after hearing you ask questions of all the participants then tailoring the session to benefit them & protect them I thought this is for me. As for being too costly, your class rate is great value & when you introduced discounts for extra sessions this was too good to pass up. With the great variation in your training plans, the sessions are always interesting, fun & the Monday night suspension training & boxing moves have been a great help with improving my core strength. I have had no back pain, my Diabetes specialist has been happy with my improved sugar levels and mentally I feel much less stressed. Not bad for a 56 year old who has always worked behind desks & was not big on sport & exercise! So many people could benefit from this so I have been telling anyone who'll listen they should do something for themselves and give it a go. Thanks Again Regards, JohnAdams 30/10/12

15.01.2022 For an early spring day, today was bloody hot! We all need to remember to drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres per day, more on hot days. For those of us wanting to lose weight, there are no calories in water. A lot of the time when we think we are hungry, we are actually thirsty. If we are feeling thirsty, we are already dehydrated. Drink more water.

13.01.2022 Just because you’re watching your diet doesn’t mean you can’t have some yum with a little imagination. This is a cake Amanda made from a recipe for high protein, high fibre and low GI muffins and she used less sugar along with skim milk and they taste great. When you don’t do something that will enhance yours and your loved ones lives and you do know that you should, that is a selfish tragedy! This is a beautiful planet we live on. Let’s make the most of life. Eat right, train hard and live!

06.01.2022 Training at 5am this morning with Adam Pitt, and Adam Smith, at Dapto Osteopathic clinic and I have got a TRX rip trainer to play with now. After the crazy whether yesterday, it made me realise the training we do is not just about looking good, it is about being more durable. Pay it forward, invest the time into some good exercise so the you can enjoy the rewards of health and fitness into the future. Life is good, enjoy it!
