21.01.2022 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point NSW 2127 The $79 million Catania project was designed by renowned architects Nettleton Tribe. 20.01.2022 27 Hill Road, Wentworth Point NSW 2127 Corsica, a $49 million project, was designed by renowned architects Nettleton Tribe with Mediterranean inspired architecture and extensive landscaping. The development is part of the Waterfront location at Wentworth Point, adjacent to Sydney’s former Olympic site and surrounded by Sydney Harbour and Bicentennial and Millenium parks. Corsica was completed in August 2011 and consists of a series of 215 spacious apartments set across three buildings, featuring a tropical central courtyard. The proposal will incorporate residential units over two levels of basement carparking for 480 carparking spaces and will include a mix of 69, one bedroom units, 101, two bedroom units and 17, three bedroom units.

The professionalism and cooperative teamwork of both parties resulted in the project being delivered for occupancy within a thirteen month time frame. DASCO were able to provide significant engineering input during the design phase and, as a result, improve the buildability of the project. DASCO’s input... resulted in some great design solutions that provided cost savings to the client. The $50 million St Tropez development covers a site area of approximately 7000m2 and contains 154 apartments situated over a dual basement. The residential towers range from 5 to 8 floors and were completed in October 2013. These waterside apartments feature many luxury inclusions such as: Full marble bathrooms with freestanding bath-tubs, Under floor heating Marble feature kitchen bench tops. East Village is located just three kilometres from the CBD in one of Sydney’s fastest growing suburbs, Victoria Park. DASCO Australia Pty Ltd was asked to undertake the design and construct contract for this exceptional project by l...eading Sydney developer, PAYCE. The project covered a footprint of 15,000 square metres with speciality shops including Coles, a chemist and 55 other specialty stores and a basement car park for 600 cars. Levels 3, 4 and 5 are commercial space and incorporating an Audi service centre, Virgin Active Health Club, a large Chinese restaurant, medical centre and childcare facilities. The development goes up to a large podium on Level 6, from where the one, two and three bedroom apartments are spread across four separate tower blocks. The centrepiece of the residential complex is the unique 7,000mSky Park. Featuring shade booths, barbecue areas and a communal vegetable garden. The Sky Park is one of the largest of its type in the Southern Hemisphere. The local community and the building residents were eager to have a shopping centre in the area and were looking forward to it being finished as there was nothing similar nearby to service the growing residential population. The project, completed in July 2014, has proved an exceptional boon for the residents and community and is another successful collaboration between PAYCE and DASCO.

The contemporary design provided quality features and finishes both inside and out with the living environment being enhanced by a gymnasium, sauna, mini tennis court and outdoor communal B...BQ facilities. DASCO played an integral role in the planning and implementation of the project and delivered the finished product to our client within the estimated program completion period.
