21.01.2022 **Important info about moving horses in NSW** Did you know that when moving horses around or through NSW from interstate you may be required to have a Transported Stock Statement (TSS)? There are some exemptions but if you:... - are picking up a horse you have purchased/leasing - taking horse to farrier, dentist chiro etc. (except veterinary treatment) - going on a trail ride - going to use local pony club grounds on non-event/rally days - picking up/dropping off horse between properties/towns (if not a working horse under exemptions) Then you will require a TSS. Police are enforcing them and penalties up to $2200 apply if they aren’t used in accordance with the Act. The forms can only be picked up at your local land services office in lots of 10 or 25 and are $1.00 each. We have pre-purchased forms so if you book a float and need one let us know.
