25.01.2022 June 2020 Toploader gearbox has been rebuilt to Boss spec... Thanks to Peter at Precision Differential & Gearbox centre March 2020 Engine is starting to look like a Boss!... more work on the interior is being done.... February 2020 Thanks Delway chromers for amazing work on the valve covers. ID plate and decals applied. August 2019 New wiring loom being installed to the under dash and radio/ heater panel chromed. July 2019 Mustang Fuel tank restoration. Tank has been repaired and welded, sandblasted, etch primed, then finished in silver zinc coating. Thanks to Green welding Specialists for the repairs and welding. July 2019 Found original Very RARE 1969 Boss 302 valve covers....Just need to have them fixed and re-chromed. Thanks Kym July 2019 Fitting rear seat and boot access panel May 2019 Rear window installed, dash fascia and gauges restoration finished.Now for interior and door trims are being installed. April 2019 Restored dash gauges and painting/face work to the casing. To date on the 1969 Boss 302 restoration project, we would like to thank Kym at Image Classic cars for Mustang parts and research, James at All 4 Automotive Repairs, Mark from Pro paint and signs and Tyre power Holden Hill for their services. New Mag 500 rims and tyres. February 2019 Boss 302 engine installed and front brakes installed. July 2018 More progress on the front suspension. July 2018 Restoration and trimming of seats and rear cargo area with new classic loop carpet. June 2018 Front suspension being installed.. June 2018 Fitted bottom front window stainless strips.Test fitting fiberglass panels in cargo/rear seat area. May 2018 Front window installed. May 2018 More Boss 302 parts ready, Thanks to Holden Hill Radiators and Holden Hill Powder Coaters for their service. Also we have polished all stainless strips for front and rear windows and new engine bay stickers. 2017 Spent most of the day finishing off the door internals and working out the front brake lines and installing booster and pedals. All new brake lines made so just need to rebuild the complete front end. Need new front and rear window glass, grille and lights. New dash Fascia and radio surround all chromed ready to install.
