22.01.2022 Hi everyone . Exciting news. We will be returning to the Community Centre after the school holidays . I can’t wait to see you . In the meantime we will continue with Yoga by Zoom . Thankyou for your ongoing support

06.01.2022 We are back at the north Richmond Community Centre . After many months of Yoga by Zoom we are heading back to the centre. Can’t wait to see everyone in person . We start back on Thursday 4th February at 6 pm . One hour class. To book in or further information msg Dasmac via Facebook.
05.01.2022 I thought I’d share this with you . The day before my surgery 2 weeks ago I was filled with anxiety. I was ready for the surgery but now was worried about having it in the middle of the’ Corona’ . I had found this poem and wrote it out on a piece of paper and kept it in my pocket . I read it over and over that day and it helped settle me . Now I have it with me and every now and then when I need a break I read it . Slowly , once or twice . It helps me so I’m sharing it with you .
