25.01.2022 For many years we have used a software license system called Armadillo to protect our software. Armadillo went out of business some years ago, but the software still worked well for us. However, earlier this month, the Armadillo key ran out of room to store the time since 1-1-1999 - which is when Armadillo was first released. As a result, ALL licenses expired simultaneously worldwide.... The DataMystic team worked many long hours over a weekend to architect, deploy and test a new licensing scheme to replace the floating license and normal license key systems.
