21.01.2022 A big thanks to everyone thats a part of team toussaint! All my trainers and training partners, my sponsors and of course my supporters! Without you all its not possible so thanks guys. A special thanks to this man my head trainer Gaz Hamilton. We've been together over 10 years and I believe his one of the best coaches in Australia if not the world. 20.01.2022 Its been 2 weeks now since the guys at @fightersfriend sent me a package of thier spagyric tincures and I can safely say I'm definatley feeling the effects and benefitting from them! In particular their 'sleep right' blend. I was border line an insomniac before they sent me their stuff and was planning on seeing a doctor about it, as sleep is imperitive to recovery and I wasn't getting nearly enough! 13.01.2022 AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION This has been a goal of mine to win the Australian title for quite a while. I won three national silver medals in the amateurs, 1 on a countback (when it's scored a draw and judges have to make another decision), the second time I had all 5 judges individually score me winning but the scoring system at the time had him win the fight (which I avenged in my last amateur fight), and the third one I lost by 1 point in the final at the London Olympic national t...rials in a fight some people say was a controversial decision (I haven't lost a fight in amateur or professional boxing since). I think everything happens for a reason and missing out on the Australian title as an amateur has probably made me work harder as a professional and given me an extra drive. I'm extremely honoured to be the Professional Australian Champion and now I'm working to climb the world rankings and hopefully get that world title one day! It all starts May 4 at #CFS14 where Im targetting a top 15 ranking in the WBO and another strap. 11.01.2022 Last strength and conditioning session done today before the fight, feeling great and ready to go. A big thanks to my S&C coach Israel Halperin for his guidance and wisdom, helping me out via correspondence from across the globe. Not many people can say they have a doctor in exercise physiology as their S&C coach! Ive got a great team around me. Can't wait for me for May 4th

Ive been working with Phil at Physio Connection in Dickson for over 2 years now and I can say he's one of the best physio's I've come across. He has a very holistic approach and has helped keep my body feeling great for years. Can highly recommend him! Thanks again mate
