I had to decide what was more important to me, continue the quest to become Australian Champion in sport or change course and pioneer and build the EVERYBODY WINS School Initiative. With a foundational philosophy of HEALTH, HAPPINESS and HARMONY. - Mental health pandemic - Disease & Cancer... - Abuse & Violence - Racism - Covid 19 I think & study curiously about these things and don't uphold the common interpretations a lot of people do. However, to advance health & well-being as quickly as possible and deepen self-awareness. I like to stretch myself so I design teams to model to schools, community and country in 5 years. #health #happiness #harmony

16.01.2022 Hi #### Thank you for your personal curiosity and courage. They are very good traits to have!! especially when it comes to problem solving. I had the BREAKTHROUGH blog written for a year before I released it. And even when I told my own mother the directions I was taking with my life missions, she told me that people would shoot me for quoting "There's no such thing as mental illness, unless that's the reality we choose to create - Dave Barrie.... Reality is personal to the Individual. And in the human-mind reality is constructed as everyday people get to make all kinds of decisions in their life 'for Me' or 'not for Me' that edit and lead to their version of reality. Nobody sees reality the same, but most people are capable of solving their "Life Problems'. Until people can know themselves beyond "I" which is ego they will be stuck in their own home movie as the main actor:actress. From my own misfortunes, endeavors, experimentation, and commitment to my personal-evolution I now understand that most human suffering is completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, many people will conform with things in life because they're afraid to be rejected. But great leaders deal with being viewed as an outcast from time to time with their self-belief being authentic and backed up by successful action. The best advice to be radically open-minded. As a good leader you still must value and respect people even if you don't agree with them. To start the communication process humility is essential with connecting to people, being open about your own problems, strengths and weaknesses. Then Master the leadership skill from pleasing people to challenging people by understanding and asking the 'right" questions. The best evidence Being someone with the STATE OF MIND who goes out and lives up to your own life mission, personal-evolution and contributions. Why live in self-imposed limitation? 15.01.2022 Today is our national Daffodil Day. My mother had Breast cancer when I was 6. But recently, I met with both ACT & NSW Education, The Australian Curriculum and Cancer Council as I now provide a new type of education and transformational-leadership program. 1 in 2 people will develop a form of cancer in their lifetime.... I have offered Cancer Council the opportunity to align with EVERYBODY WINS School and community initiatives. To our health, happiness and harmony. David.

So, now is a beautiful time to upgrade our educational paradigms. I found it so inspiring in the simple yet powerful messages of our capacity as a human to transform ourselves, to rise above our circumstances, our patterns of behaviour, our ways of looking at the world and the excuses we tell ourselves to make positive change. Dave is an inspiring person and although he’s achieved much success in life, he comes across in a very humble, down to earth, warm and kind manner, I can feel he truly cares about helping people and am inspired and encouraged by the challenges he’s overcome in life and the relatable way he communicates his message to all. I loved Dave’s laugh, its very warm and hearty and I can’t help laugh along with him and feel connected and inspired Thank you for putting such a positive and beautiful message out

I have deliberately designed the teams with not only people of great character and performance, but the ability to transcend the major life obstacles people face. Knowing what is true and possible is best for decision making? And will be modelled to communities and country.... For Radical PREVENTION: Things like mental health pandemic, diseases and cancer, abuse and racism, covid-19 no longer need to be upheld by society. Will I let go of old socially conditioned paradigms? How will we live and play? Do our emotions need to be as educated as our intellect?
