25.01.2022 Another job completed with the new dwelling meeting clients needs and desires.the client recycled timber from existing house to make vanities and brought in a touch of her favorite color to the bathrooms and kitchen with tiles. Thanks to all our trades that worked to provide a beautiful coastal home for our clients.

25.01.2022 Almost completed this 30 square dwelling as per plans and preferences of client. Includes polished timber floors, windows and sliding doors by Trend windows, Ceasarstone benchtop to kitchen and joinery by DFS Cabinets. Bathrooms with 2 feature walls to ceiling and wall hung units from Ikea. Many thanks to our trades Plumber@hand, Lyons electrical, Shaun floors, Petes Painting and Decorating, Surfcoast alleycat and Peter Klein for landscaping during process, and our boys Darren, Mitch,Tim, Geoff and Riki.

25.01.2022 First main job for 2018...converted two storey to 3 storey house with lift...again working with clients to create their home away from home. Resulting in a warm home with modern features.

24.01.2022 Another happy customer in 2018...Fresh new kitchen for young family in Torquay. Walls removed to open up space. Layout changed and new flooring and paint work from entrance into kitchen and meals area. Family are sooooo happy with the result.

24.01.2022 At the beginning of the year the guys built a new deck area from the upper level for the family to be able to enjoy the afternoon sun over winter.Tiled deck with new balustrade to complement the house.

24.01.2022 2018 was a hectic year with large jobs and assisting clients make their long awaiting plans become reality. This 3 split level house with lift was created with client purchasing sinks, tapware etc and working with our joiner to meet their needs. We are grateful for the work done by our men, trades i.e Pete painting and decorating, plumber@hand, pagie plumbing for cladding and roof etc. Surfcoast alleycat for site cuts and further work to create steps and garden for client. Looks fantastic. From empty slopping block to this!

22.01.2022 Updating a classic home with new kitchen, laundry , bathroom, pantry and extended living space and new portico over upstairs deck. New screen to deck for privacy.

22.01.2022 One happy client we have here who has given us permission to show the transformation of an old small kitchen. This included the removal of wall/s to kitchen space and within laundry and old pantry area. The installation of steel beam to provide open space, new cavity slider to pantry/laundry and new sliding doors within the kitchen space here plus other work attended to within the home. After discussing clients needs, measurements taken and working drawings of concepts considered....we were able to meet the clients needs with clean lines and a more contemporary feel. so happy to hear they are over the moon with the result.

20.01.2022 So we have been busy with a range of different jobs this year. Here are some pics of work David and the team have completed to date. First lot of pics an extension and re do of upper deck, new rendered exterior and new ensuite to match existing bathrooms.This was done last year.

20.01.2022 Thankyou for the lovely response...we hadnt shown any work for awhile and i wanted to show appreciation with the team we have. Its been a busy, and a frustrating year but we have achieved wonderful results despite holds up with permits, changes to town planning on jobs etc. We are very lucky to have worked with some great people as well as our boys. 16.01.2022 2018 extension and renovation...a work in progress to this day. Removal of external curved wall on two levels, and rooms extended and straightened with large windows to see the amazing beach view. New kitchen and walk in pantry to upstairs level. New Lift installed for access via external wall/ new lift well constructed.. New floating floor to living area after old teal carpet removed. 2nd level: parquetry extended and sanded and polished.New benchtop to existing cabinetry to renew space.

14.01.2022 This hard worker and his team have had a busy time so far this year. Renovating, extending and demolishing the old. Oh what joy the new work holds. Clients happy with decisions made... to improve their living space, brings new cheer.... Looking forward to creating a new space, heres the man who can make it look ace!! This job below had new decking to lower level, new windows and doors, new paint job, installed new heater and created new inbuilt wall unit for heater with ceasarstone hearth to match existing kitchen benchtop. New wall paint internally and plastering of lower level bedrooms, created new ensuite and walk in robe from a bedroom and new living space and entrance where a carport used to be.

10.01.2022 During this covid time we have been providing building services for an array of needs including burglary repairs, decks, renovations, recladding and small extension work. We have a wonderful team who we are continuing to provide work for currently. We have followed social distancing and hygiene requirements recommended by Hia. 06.01.2022 Newly completed Kitchen renovation to update 1960s layout to a more modern open plan kitchen with new appliances. Old floor removed to expose a existing timber flooring which looks amazing after sand and polish. clients are very happy with result.

05.01.2022 House refurbishment and extension at the end of last year to make a holiday home into a new haven for their extended family. A space to relax and entertain! Included enlarging deck area and front of two storey to increase size of rooms. All bathrooms, laundry refurb. new floating floor down stairs and new tassie oak hardwood floor upstairs. New glass balustrade and external painting of home with fresh new updated colours.

03.01.2022 Another bathroom renovation, one of many that David and his team have completed this year. The owner has kindly provided before and after pics. The client chose to keep the timber vanity cupboard and a new ceasarstone bench top was created to update the vanity with a counter basin and tapware selected from Reece. Simple lines with white gloss wall tiles, shower recess shelf and new shower screen all created a fresh modernized look that meets the clients requirements and concept ideas. Thanks for the photos and the opportunity to share them to showcase some of our work.
