25.01.2022 Today is the day for the auction @ 126Perry Rd Magnolia. The auction starts at 3 pm but I will have it open from 1.30 pm if anyone wishes to have another look around.

24.01.2022 Well ladies and gentlemen under the new rules for auctioneers I conducted 2 house and land auctions today. I found the terms and conditions very user friendly. On Monday the 08/12/2014 I will post them up for all to see. It's just a little information to assist buyers at auction time so they will more prepared and informed to make that right discussion at the right time.

20.01.2022 Hi everybody keep an eye out I will be conducting an auction on a very well know pub in the Gladstone Region next month. Once I have the date, time and location I will add it to my wall

19.01.2022 Well the Rosedale Pub went to auction as planned on Saturday bidding was fierce for a while but didn't meet the reserve price. There was an excellent roll up for the auction and from what I understand from the agents that they are in negotiations with parties as we speak.

14.01.2022 Well Buyers that's another auction done and dusted. This massive auction was the result of one mans life story and it was truly a credit to him. The buyers resp...onded to the excellent quality of the line up and the bidding was furious with excellent results. We had buyers as far west as Perth ad as far north as Cairns. The caters were well supported and I have received a large amount of praise on the quality of the food on the day. I think I paid enough money to the big boss upstairs as the weather was excellent the day. On reflection at the end of the day the seller was happy with the result and I was as well. 13.01.2022 Well buyers and sellers I had the honour of conducting a charity auction for the variety club on Saturday night. What a night it was to. Out of all the charity auction I have conducted over the years I think this one gave me the most enjoyment. I can home and said to my lovely wife you should of been there and I had to stop myself giggling. Congratulations to Steve and Jenny for hosting this most enjoyable night I hope your charity did well on the night. The girls were spectacular,the dealers were very good and the food was top shelf well done everyone.

08.01.2022 Well this year is over for QLD in state of origin BUT wouldn't be nice to see QLD go down fighting in the last game show NSW we can out play them in any game they want. The last 2games QLD played NSW game to show everybody when the game is played this way you loose. But here's hoping that we can show NSW how to play the game. 06.01.2022 As promised I will be conducting an auction at the Rosedale Pub on the 21st of June 2014 @11am. This pub is steeped in our local history. It will sold as a walkin walkout basis and must be sold. I can't speak enough about potential for this property. Who ever gets this property WILL reap the rewards.
