17.01.2022 LONGEVITY Something I thought I would share on 'Valentine's Day'. What is the number one factor in determining a long and happy life?... It's not genetics, money, fame or your choice of career. Yes, nutrition, fitness, lifestyle and the environment in which you live play important factors, however, the longest ongoing study in the world conducted by Harvard University which has spanned a period in excess of 80 years and covered generations conclusively reveals the most significant factor is RELATIONSHIPS. Take the time to be with those that you love and are close to you. Share the journey and be there for each other. You ALL will benefit.
