20.01.2022 REmember to Consider David Bowden for Councillor. Visited Injune on Thursday. Great to see those small businesses trading and assisting customers while they must have their own self doubts about fronyline contact with so many people - especially the travellers who seem to still be coming in astaedy stream. In Roma, is Woolies or IGA do not have a product you are looking for, then try our various convenience stores - they just may have it!

19.01.2022 Remember to Consider David Bowden for Councillor. Number Ten on the Ballot Paper. David Bowden visited Surat, Yuleba and Wallumbilla on Wednesday. It was great to see all the local businesses still working hard and obeying all the regulations connected with the Coronavirus. Also saw Maranoa Regional Council Workers wiping down public seats and tables. There were a noticeable number of nomad travellers on the road. I know it is the start of the normal nomad trek to the warmer ...climate. However I heard later that some are also escaping the city where the risk of infection is greater. The recommendation to vote at the Pre-Polling site in Roma sounds like good advice if you can. Please post and share. Consider David Bowden for Councillor.

Now for those entering the Polling Booths in Roma, Mitchell, Surat, Injune, Yuleba and Wallumbilla on Saturday I hope you can find David Bowden on the Ballot Paper too. Will appreciate your effort. 10.01.2022 Back writing my Life Story. Started over two years ago and am now up to the late 1980’s. Am using Diaries and Day Books from the Real Estate Office. Amazing how many people move through your life and you have to see their name written down to remember where and when.

09.01.2022 Remember to Consider David Bowden for Councillor. As the position changes daily with announcements concerning the Coronavirus, there were meetings held yesterday that showed people are now taking the threat seriously. Concern was felt for the most vulnerable - those of Aboriginal Descent and the older men and women. U3A (University of the Third Age) have for some time worked to provide at least 20 Courses a term available to keep older minds and bodies active. While these Courses have been reluctantly curtailed, the Executive have been given a list of Members to keep in contact by phone or email. Health Workers addressed a meeting that says we have to be aware that people on their own may need support in many ways including their mental concerns. We have all been asked to keep in contact with those we know.
