Spanning over 4 levels from garage to the new first floor, the existing 2 levels of the home were completely gutted and a 3rd level added.... The exterior has been renovated in a Hamptons style we used 180mm Scyon Linea weatherboards, painted in deep Woodland Grey that contrasts perfectly against the white Vivid White windows, trims & fascias. We painted the original face brick which works brilliantly against the modern weatherboards. Other elements include Hardie Groove eaves and Trend windows and doors. Colorbond steel roofing and gutters complete the picture.
