Identify your strengths as part of your self talk, and accept compliments for what you achieved. A helpful way to improve positive self talk is to look, think and act in a positive way.

06.01.2022 Get out at least once a day, for at least thirty minutes. If you are concerned of contact, try first thing in the morning, or later in the evening, and try less traveled streets. If you dont feel comfortable going outside, there are many YouTube videos that offer free movement classes, and if all else fails, turn on the music and have a dance party! Moving your body will increase your endorphins feel good hormones levels.
