23.01.2022 I want to talk about the benefits of having a daily bath and why it is important. You really can’t compare taking a quick shower to soak in a bath of hot water. One you are standing and the other you are laying down. One there is a spray of water on the top of your torso and the other you are totally submerged in hot water. ...
