14.01.2022 In these "strange" times I thought I would share an activity I personally love - Drawing. It is a beautiful, fun and challenging excercise that is also a meditation in itself. Anyone can do it, all you have to do is try and then practice. All you need is a pencil and/or pen and paper - simple. I encourage everyone out there to do it. It doesn't matter what you draw - as long as you are "drawn" to it. It could be your lounge room, the view out your window, your dog, or, like ...Lucien Freud here, your wife or partner or whoever you happen to be "stuck" with in these "unprecedented" times... With my pen and ink drawings I lightly and quickly draw the outlines and basic forms (erasing if I have to) and then go over it with a pen/ink and fill in details, as a little hint... Cheers
