18.01.2022 ‘Clare as Ariadne’ (detail), conté; a still from my recent video. ASA Tours have been encouraging their tour leaders to develop online content, giving me the motivation to return to a project I had shelved last year. With the aim of exploring connections between the art of the museums and my own practice, I put together a video which takes as its starting point the influence sculpture has had on painting over the centuries. By way of participating in this art-historical thread I conclude with a drawing of my own.
