18.01.2022 Hello friends welcome to June and the first week of winter Both projects are moving along. Balgownie is ready for concrete driveway and floor sanding. Painter is almost complete, bathroom is tiled. Over at Mangerton this job achieved some significant milestones, the timber floor is being laid, first of the stone feature walls is complete, upstairs ceilings are done and the bifold door is installed and glazed and the majority of the scaffold has been removed. Removing the scaffold is like unwrapping a present, as the true nature of the structure is revealed. Talking to passing neighbours at both properties the feed back is most positive. 18.01.2022 Good evening friends hope you had a great weekend and made the most of this fantastic winter weather. Here are some photos of our Balgownie project with the outside almost complete. The clients are very happy with the job and are looking forward to moving back in with their children. It's back to school next week remember the school speed zones. 10.01.2022 Hello friends, when the rain finally stops we can get some progress. Here are some photos of our Coniston build.

10.01.2022 Happy Friday friends. A huge week at our Mangerton project this week. We endured heat and insane humidity, and the odd tropical style rain storm. This week we achieved: - roof tiles and cladding to front gable.... - plasterboard to the stairwell. - removed part of the front scaffold - started texture coat to blueboard. - completely removed the living room interior and roof structure - installed the steel beams - pitched the scissor trusses - and took several loads to the tip. All in all, a huge week! Well done to all the trades who pitched in and made this happen. Have a great weekend and bring on winter, we have had enough of this humid weather! See more

08.01.2022 It was show time on Friday morning, on our Coniston project. After a week of filling, formwork and reinforcement, we poured the slab for this new home. 46m3. Finally we are out of the ground after Mother Nature sent us lots of rain, and lots of wind. Have a wonderful week!

07.01.2022 Good morning friends, Christmas is almost upon us! We have had a very productive month in our Mangerton project, as you can see in the photos we have removed the roof off this classic old double brick home. We have transformed this house and are giving it a new top floor and roof. There was some rain during the vulnerable stage once the tiles were removed, however, the new roof is taking shape, and tiles are being laid. 05.01.2022 Good morning friends! Well I am sure the drought has broken! Just when we are trying to get a roof on and prepare to remove stage 2 roof at our Mangerton job. I would like to thank the team Chris, Jordan, Grant and Wayne, who worked hard to get the roof at our Balgownie job stripped and new trusses installed. Cladding is now almost complete. Meanwhile at our Mangerton job the Plumber and electrician have roughed in and we have stripped the downstairs in preparation for the n...ext stage. Stay dry and have a great weekend. Cheers DJ. 04.01.2022 Hello friends time for a midweek update. It's so exciting to see one our most challenging, yet most rewarding projects come fruition. It was a great day on site with lots of trades all working together giving this wonderful old home a new lease on life in 2017.

02.01.2022 Hello friends, wow! Isn't this year flying by! Christmas came and went as did Australia Day, and now we are sweltering through February. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a bit of a holiday. Just an update on our current projects. Our Balgownie job is now out of the ground and frames and trusses are well underway. Next will be windows, roof and cladding. Over in Mangerton the first stage of the roof is tiled, plasterboard has been delivered and the windows and door...s installed in the upper level. Renovating this grand old home has presented many challenges along the way, however, bit by bit we are progressing well. Have an outstanding week and I will talk soon. See more
