Born in North Queensland in 1926, Doreen has a wealth of experience in business, retail, sales and fashion. Her sales career started in the late 1940’s at David Jones and she went on to successfully run a women’s fashion boutique in Randwick for many years. Doreen was instrumental in assisting her husband set up NGFarah in 1962 and often played a vital role in the business management of the company. In 2019, Doreen has her two sons, Glenn and Martin and two of her grandchildren, Stephanie and Mitchell, working in this unique business. She is still as enthusiastic as ever about going to work and engaging with her clients, friends and staff.
