06.01.2022 It is only human to put the unnecessary complex & convoluted process of approvals in the 'too hard, deal with it later' basket. Procastinate and hope it will go away. I get it. There is a catch though.The longer you wait to get on with preparing your application (in a way that enhances your success rates to get what you want!), the longer it roadblocks you from starting your building works and moving into your dream home. My recommendation is to start actively thinking about approvals when you are getting your first concept drawings done so that you can be on the front foot from the get go.
