19.01.2022 COVID-SAFE QR Code check in. Download the free mySA GOV app so that you can scan our QR Code with your phone's camera when checking in for your next appointment. The QR code is located at reception.... Check in procedure: Wear a face mask. Cloth masks are okay. Hand sanitise or wash hands on arrival. Scan QR code at reception or fill in contact tracing record - staff will assist with this if needed. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding with all the new rules.
