18.01.2022 . CONCEPT SKETCHES | RENOVATION & EXTENSION PROJECT . Even with today's CAD technology I still prefer to prepare initial hand drawn concept design. It allows for freehand creativity and allows me to quickly provide many options to clients without giving them a more finished CAD presentation. This allows my clients to make better decisions without feeling pressured in recieving a more complex initial cad presentation with elevations and perspectives. It works well at the initi...al stage and allows me to display some of my "old school" skills that are becoming lost in the industry. . This project involves restructuring the entry with the living core, flowing out to a new integrated outdoor entertainment area. We a creating a new guest bedroom area off the new entry foyer. The internal renovations were throughout the entire home, drive through garage, & 2nd storey study area overlooking the new rear pool, bar & decking area. Who wouldn't love to live here.
