25.01.2022 School Photo Catch Up Opportunity

24.01.2022 Tomorrow (Friday 4th September) is our Athletics Carnival. This day will be filled with fun and success for all of our students. This day is made so much more special for our students by the attendance and cheering from their parents...you!! We are looking forward to an amazing day, however due to COVID-19 regulations, there are some changes that need to be pointed out. Parents are to socially distance (1.5mtrs) at all times. This includes other distancing from all other ad...ults and students from Dawson Park Primary School. This is vitally important so we are capable of continuing future school events with parents in attendance. This means that parents MUST NOT approach the faction bays as that would put you with-in social distance of other students. Please also consider how close you are to each other close to the finish line. Remember that this day is for the kids and that it is a Primary School Event. We have a large amount of expertise and technology to make sure that the events are fair and judged correctly. Please place you trust in the judges. If you have any concerns or queries, please discuss this with Mr Hogg. Please do not let our students see anger or aggression during their fun day. There will be several reminders throughout the day about the running of events and other information. Please pay attention to the announcements as they will often be directed to parents. If you child is racing, please cheer them on and demonstrate positive sportsmanship. If your child was to get a place in the events, please take care when approaching the podium to take your photos. This will be a very enjoyable day for everyone. Let us all show our amazing students how to have fun and remain positive while still demonstrating a competitive spirit. If you have any questions on the day, please find Mr Hogg. Regards, Kevin Hogg Acting Principal
