25.01.2022 The Voluntary Contribution payment of $50 per child or $100 per family allows our school to purchase resources for our students, like library books. Please consider contributing to our school.

25.01.2022 It's hard to believe that in two week's time we will be saying farewell to another school year. And to say farewell we always celebrate with great class parties! We've received advice from the Department of Education that our normal 'buffet' style parties are not an option for us this year and that our teachers and teacher aides will have to safely serve food to our students (as individual serves). Now that letters about class parties are going home and we still have planning... time up our sleeve could we please ask that consideration be given to providing food which is going to have ease in serving for our staff. Sandwiches, sliced fruit, sliced cakes, party pies, sausage rolls, wrapped sweets etc would be great examples of foods which can be served covid safe by our staff. Bags of potato chips, dips and unwrapped sweets etc on the other hand would be difficult to serve. Please check with your child's teacher about individual arrangements and how we can best celebrate the end of school, in what has been a very different year ! See more

20.01.2022 The staff of Dayboro State School would like to wish our school community a happy and safe holiday break. A few reminders....... Our school office will reopen on Monday 18 January from 8.00am. ... Class lists will be available in our CSA on Thursday 21 January from 8.45am. Classrooms will be open from 9.00am-10.00am for ‘Meet the Teacher’ and book pack drop off. Term 1 begins for all students on Wednesday 27 January 2021. We look forward to connecting with everyone again in 2021.

19.01.2022 Throughout 2020, the Concert Band has been having fun preparing our pieces for performance. Performances this year haven’t been quite the same as previous years but they’ve had fun together making friends, having some laughs and playing some exciting music. 01.01.2022 It was wonderful to host a visit from Nikki Boyd MP this week. Our school is set to receive significant funding for playground upgrades and the installation of accessibility ramps. These upgrades are most welcome and much appreciated. We look forward to the projects commencing in 2021.
