25.01.2022 Ella is looking forward to going back to Berry this weekend for the Spring Jumping Championship. She was fresh off a break there at a recent training day and jumped with a wing on every foot

25.01.2022 Bit wet here this afternoon

25.01.2022 Jasmine took a walk on the wild side , bareback jumping on Andy

24.01.2022 East coast low dropped around 300ml at our place earlier this week, turning our arena into a lake.... but not for long . Jumped this morning as though the rain had never happened Equestrian Services Australia

23.01.2022 Congratulations Shoalhaven Showjumping Club for putting on such a great show on Saturday! Daybreak horses all jumped super and Jack and Jasmine rode really well at their first show since our home show Milton Show back in March. Pie enjoyed his outing, Andy was exuberant as always, Diva was in top form and Ella had her best ever show, three clear rounds and placed in both the 1.10 and 1.20.

22.01.2022 Plenty of pretty Mirrabooka pics thanks to Kirsty McPaul . Ella , Diva and Andy jumped with wings for Jack and Jasmine

16.01.2022 Jasmine and Andy are looking ahead to 2021 and the reality of moving into Young Riders, birthday in December not ideal for show jumpers

15.01.2022 Great to take a couple of horses to Shoalhaven Jump Club today, first outing there in the COVID world! Well run , social distancing , all doing our best to keep the beast at bay ! Ella and Diva thoroughly enjoyed themselves , Jack and Jasmine too

15.01.2022 When your kids start jumping big fences, you need horses you can trust to get off the ground every time. Andy and Diva are worth their weight in gold! Have taken Jack and Jasmine from Pony Club to 1.30 under the watchful eye of coach Maree Hewitt

15.01.2022 Our little thoroughbred Pie made the most of his outing to the the Bega Spring Showjumping last weekend. He and Jasmine jumped two double clears on Sunday and were second of 41 in the 1m class, which produced a trifecta for thoroughbreds in the first three places - move over ponies Pie mostly went to keep Diva company , but he loved his turn in the spotlight, given to us off the track by the late Bede Murray , Pie is the gift that keeps giving

15.01.2022 A wet Mirrabooka Spring Jumping Show this weekend was a great success and was so nice to be back down south jumping again! Diva, Andy and Ella jumped their socks off, although we did learn a few lessons.... Jack learned to always tighten your girth and that time penalties will keep you out of the placings even when you jump double clear Jasmine learned that five strides is just that ... not five and a half ... Jack finished the show with his best ever 1.30 - 1.35 round on Diva, one unlucky rail on the last fence

14.01.2022 This is trial horse Lenny. A beautifully natured thoroughbred who went well today on patrol with our ‘old pro’ Hollywood. Look closely and you can see our ginger friend. Look even closer in the picture and you can see what that ginger fellow has been up to!!

13.01.2022 Thoroughly enjoyed our Bega Spring Showjumping weekend , beautiful venue, well run event and happy horses made for a great competition, so looking forward to coming back in 2021. Bega Showjumping Cup There were plenty of clears and ribbons with horses on their game. We all learned lessons this weekend - Jack learned a tight turn in a jump off on a young horse will either win you the class or put you on the floor; Jasmine learned to forgive Pie for standing on her foot and nearly breaking her toe on Friday; and I learned you can run over a wombat in a truck , but best to go around a large kangaroo

12.01.2022 The last class of the November Waratah Showjumping event at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre and our last opportunity to marvel at the skills and tale...nt of our Junior Riders. Speed in the saddle is required in an AM5, and a belief you can get it done, seemingly effortlessly, but any rider knows, there's plenty of work going on to be 'effortlessly clear' in a jump off !! Congratulations to Anneliese Wansey and 'Avenden Indigo', just clipping a rail at the third last fence to finish in a time of 45.05 secs ahead of Lara Christoffelsz on board 'Bellhaven Catatani' also dropping one and finishing in a time of 50.41 with third place going to Jessica Galea and her wonderful 'Checka' who collected a couple of rails but went super quick to stop the clock in 45.17 secs securing them third place ahead of Jack Haynes and 'ES Ella' with two and 47.25 secs beside their name. Lucy Locke and her amazing 'Diamont' completed our top five. Photos and words Stephen Mowbray See more

12.01.2022 Jack and Diva won the 1.20 class at Berry Riding Club Spring Jumping Championships, thanks to sponsors Sunninghill Park and Manildra Feeds. It seems like a long time ago that Jack won his first ever jumping class at Berry Riding Club on the mighty Daybreak Prince

10.01.2022 Ella and Jack are looking to be match ready when the shows come back

10.01.2022 2020 has been a challenging year, but a bright spot in the mail today from South Coast and Tablelands Show Societies. Jack and Diva didn’t get to as many shows as we would have liked but when they did get a run they made the most of it Looking forward to a more normal show season in 2021!

10.01.2022 So this time last week we were at Waratah Jumping at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre and Stephen Mowbray took some lovely pics of our horses Ella, Andy and Diva. A week on and we're three hours south at Bega, more to follow on that adventure!

09.01.2022 Pie and Jasmine thoroughly enjoyed their day

09.01.2022 Perfect Pie made his mother happy this morning

07.01.2022 Jasmine and Pie don't do a lot of Pony Club these days, but they've still got it!

06.01.2022 Andy and Jasmine enjoying a Friday lesson

04.01.2022 Jack and Ella jump a beautiful clear to make the final of the Summer Show Junior 1.25 AM5 on Sunday.

03.01.2022 Waratah was our first proper big show of the year and our baby of the team ES Ella finally got the chance to have her first attempt at the open juniors classes with Jack. She was a star over three days of jumping, rising to new challenges as she and Jack progress. Here is her clear round in Sunday’s big AM5 class, one of only four clear in the event, big congratulations to Jack and Ella , who has only just turned 7. ... Thanks Letitia Langbecker for breeding and producing this beautiful young mare and coach Maree Hewitt

02.01.2022 Pie enjoyed his first Pony Club outing this year with he and Jasmine making the most of the winter sunshine at Lake Conjola Pony Club

02.01.2022 Diva has been flying since her Covid enforced break and is now taking Jack comfortably around big 1.30 tracks teaching him the ropes of the bigger courses for when Ella gets there . She was double clear Saturday at Bega for third and had one unlucky rail having first fence down on Sunday when they were up to 1.35 and finished fifth . Happy horse and rider
