17.01.2022 Clearing out the fruit bowl and crisper of the sad looking foods that no one will touch with a barge pole. The lasagne is made with 2 bunches of very sad looking silverbeet, a chorizo sausage, bacon, onion and garlic. Topped with béchamel from BCB and 3 cheese pizza mix and into a hot oven. The Pear tea cake and Apple & Cinnamon loaf to finish off the baking for this week

16.01.2022 I haven’t been overly wrapped with my zucchini slices lately. I found them too wet from all the moisture from the zucchini’s so yesterday I made the crust from Quiche Lorraine, grated the zucchini and squeezed the liquid out then fried it with the bacon and some silver beet. Topped with cheese and baked. So delicious
