21.01.2022 So pumped for new year and some improvements. What do you want to change? I’m keen to get back to morning workouts. I used to love training first thing in the morning... it meant nothing could happen later in the day that would affect my plans!

21.01.2022 I know that diet culture marketing is so strong now with holiday season, summer and New Years resolutions. Year after year, many decide.... I’m going to be skinny and fit this year!! Then....about a week or two in we fall off the wagon. But depriving yourself is not sustainable, and usually diets end up in putting the weight back on or even more!! There is a reason for this. I can explain more if you want to chat about it ... So why do we do it every single year?? What works is creating healthy habits that can be maintained. Habits that will give you energy rather than make you feel starved and even more lethargic. And learning to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. A healthy mindset helps incredibly too!...looking at your health from a wholistic view. In the past I would BINGE, and eat ALL the things, I would NUMB myself with alcohol and chocolate..... but this is NOT self loving! This year I didn’t do any of those things!! Yes of course I ate pavlova, trifle, Christmas pudding, chocolate, had some drinks and a little more of the things I don’t normally eat but because now overall, I have healthy habits, I’ve still felt great over Christmas. So this year I encourage you to enter the new year with the intention to create new habits that mean you can have some treats here and there but you won’t need to commit to a diet of starvation every few months or every January.Healthy living is not just for after Christmas..... it’s FOR LIFE!!!! This is why Im such a fan of Arbonne’s 30 days to healthy living program because it focuses on SUSTAINABLE HEALTHY LIVING The intention is to: Increase energy Feel fitter Have better confidence Manage weight (but not focus on weight loss) Create new healthy habits This program is a way of life for me and I’d love to share it with you. 20.01.2022 A little holiday update before we return Monday. Please get back to me to confirm your booked times if you haven’t already. I set a personal goal to get back into morning workouts. As many of you know I often miss my own workout when squeezing all my clients into my busy schedule. My answer was so develop a new habit and find the discipline to train in the mornings again. I’ve been successful with morning workouts, but I will need to get myself up earlier once my holidays are... over.. wish me luck!!! 0n Monday I started my 30 days to Healthy Living program. Feeling much better for it already because like you I too had some Christmas drinks and sweets! Loved them at the time, but feeling great now that I’m having a reset I’ve also had a bit of fun with my workouts, adding in weight vests, aiming for PB’s and even using a trip to the pool as an opportunity to get more physical activity in. How is everyone going? What have you been up to?

20.01.2022 Need some motivation to get back to training? HOW’S THIS!!?? Prior to our break Denver lost 10 kilograms. He is holding a 10kilo plate in the second photo, and it’s amazing the difference when you don’t have to carry that weight around! ... The good news is that Denver has maintained this 10kilo lost over Christmas. His mindset is super strong and he is ready to KEEP GOING!! Simply personal training and a healthy diet and he is smashing his goals! Well done!! #personaltrainernewcastle

11.01.2022 Online PT complete... we are back to Face to Face! I actually really enjoyed the experience!!! We did a lot more body weight training! I trained much more consistently as I demonstrated the workouts. And it allowed me to get some work done in the gym. So Monday we are back to the studio. I will still be jumping into my Facebook groups to do some online sessions though. Tomorrow’s workout is recorded live into the 30 days to Healthy Living group
