25.01.2022 My Dayseyes page logo is a hand coloured wood block print inspired by the Old English for daisy. Daisies were considered to be uplifting to the spirit, as they followed the suns light from dawn till dusk.

24.01.2022 Went to Creative Souls Collective at Sunset Gallery here in Port last night. The meeting of local arties is on every 2nd Thursday of the month at 5.30. What a lovely group of folks there, enjoying being creative and each others company.

I will be demonstrating how to create the flowers I have been using in my Flowers in a Vase series. As well as some different flower techniques. Come on along, paper cutting and folding is very Zen. 17.01.2022 After spending time at the magical waterfalls at Ellenborough, New South Wales I drove around Comboyne, New South Wales, Australia looking for inspirational landscape subjects. I discovered this woolly steer and thought I could do him justice in acrylics. What do you think?

06.01.2022 I have always been inspired by the artist Georgia OKeefe. You can see more her work here Georgia OKeeffe Museum. This painting was inspired by her "Walk in the Desert "series.

05.01.2022 I used this image as an art therapy Folk art exercise The colour combinations were chosen for their joyful expression. This is the type of process I plan on using with special needs children. If youre interested to find out more about my work with this cohort of students give me a call.
