15.01.2022 Training spilts??? Many bodybuilders set up their training split diferently to the next guy. In my opinion reason being is because everybodybuilder has diferent weak/strong points to the next, therefore need to manipulate their training spilt depending on what he/she is focusing on. Currently my split is 6 days on training once a day, with my programs developed to train everybody part once except arms and back. They get thrown in twice a week. My current program runs for 6 weeks then other focal points get targeted. How do you set up and prioritise your development and set up your training spilts??



12.01.2022 Had a big shoulder session yesturday....anybody interested in trying out my routine here it is Smith machine shoulder press - 2 x warm up sets @ 1plate perside for 15 reps 2 x working sets @ 3 plates per side for 8 reps... Pin loaded machine press - 3 x volume sets @ 65kegs for 15 reps Unilateral side raises - 3 x working sets with 30 kilo dumbell for 10 reps per side Cable side laterals - 3 x volume sets @ 10 kilos for 20 reps each side Dumbell front raises - 2 x working sets @ 30 kilos for 10 reps Reverse pec dec - 3 x working sets @ 89 kilos for 15 reps Cable cross over for rear delts - 3 x volume sets @ 17.5 kilos for 15 reps Enjoy the pump and the pain!!!

05.01.2022 Today was quad day.... Developed a new routine to shock my body abit....slightly diferent to what i normaly do but still heard tha familiar 'buckling' sound by the end of the workout, coz i was most definaltey BUCKLED by the end of this..... Warm up : 200 kilos on 45 degree leg press.... 2 x 15 reps with legs positioned close and low on the sled, focusing on hittin the quad. 1st exercise : 5 working sets @ 400 kilos for 20 reps with 1-1.5 minute rest inbetween. ... On the 5th set after performing the first of 10 reps, drop off a plate and perform another 10 reps, and continue peeling off plates one at a time until you reach the final plate. 2nd exercise : 3 sets of squats with feet postitioned close together once again targeting the quads.... Performed 3 sets of 20 reps @ 1 and a half plates per side. 3rd exercise : Dumbell walking lunges... Performed 3 sets of 20 steps @ 30 kilos each dumbell. 4th exercise : fst-7 stlye training on leg extension..... Performed 7 sets of 12 reps @ 92 kilos....with only 30 second rest between sets....with stretching and contracting the quads between sets ... Enjoy!!!!

04.01.2022 Whats up everybody, havnt posted in a while, i Had a killa leg session today powered by outrage and outpump preworkout. So i figured id share it with everyone, i dare you to try it!!! Today was quad day and this week i rewrote all my routines so the legs got it fresh. Warm up : 4 sets of 20 reps leg extension. 1st exercise : hack squats for 4 sets @ 7 plates perside for 10 reps.... 2nd excercise : front squats for 3 sets @2.5 plates perside for 10 reps 3rd exersice : "SUPERSET" of Dumbell walking lunges for 20 paces and sissy squats for 12 reps. 4th exercise : leg extension 4 sets of 20 reps. Had tha most intense pump ive had in my quads for a long time. Will definatley be taking outrage and outpump together from now on!!! See more
